Ode to Otis
Ode to Otis
Otis was owed much more than he was paid.
He took on "Cowboy," a Trojan Horse, that's how he played.
His owner was saved, her fate delayed.
He was a big hero, he should have stayed,
And had a tick or tapeworm parade.
Yet I'm afraid he was sadly betrayed.
Another dog in danger of the reaper's blade.
Nothing could persuade the path that was laid, and so we prayed,
For what was done to be unmade.
From: "Otis' Odyssey"
...to be continued.
So stay glued for more rude crude thought for food from the Dawg Dude and Ruff and Rudy at Doggy Duty.
Dog in danger. Otis is on the chopping block again. Please help. He needs a foster home or a forever family.
Update: Thanks to Grand Junction Pit Bull Rescue for help in saving Otis. His foster home has now become his permanent home.

Paws for Peace
Chastity, rescued and reunited. Scared in a thunder and lightning storm, became lost, and we were able to find her people.
A silent paws for peace during this time of struggling to find common ground and being reminded that freedom isn't free, yet peace is priceless and price is peaceless.
